Property, Plant and Equipment Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE F — PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT At December 31, 2024, the Company's construction in process balance of approximately $0.7 million consisted of several smaller projects among our facilities. During December 2024, the Company's tubular segment sold equipment for $0.8 million resulting in a gain of approximately $0.4 million.

The entire disclosure for long-lived, physical asset used in normal conduct of business and not intended for resale. Includes, but is not limited to, work of art, historical treasure, and similar asset classified as collections.
