Friedman Industries, Incorporated (the “Company”) was unable to file its Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2020, within the prescribed time period, due to unanticipated delays caused by severe weather and the Company being unable to finalize its financial results without unreasonable expense or effort. The Form 10-Q will be filed as soon as reasonably practicable and in no event later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
