Treasury Stock [Text Block]	NOTE D –STOCK TRANSACTIONS During the three and six-month periods ended October 31, 2021, the Company made contributions of 10,779 and 24,030 shares of its common stock, respectively, to the Company’s profit-sharing plan and trust under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Such contributions are in accordance with the Company’s discretionary match of employee voluntary contributions to this plan.

The entire disclosure for treasury stock, including, but not limited to, average cost per share, description of share repurchase program, shares repurchased, shares held for each class of treasury stock.
