LEGAL PROCEEDINGS	NOTE 14 LEGAL PROCEEDINGS From time to time, the Company may become a party to legal actions or proceedings in the ordinary course of its business. As of September 30, 2019, there were no such actions or proceedings, either individually or in the aggregate, that, if decided adversely to the Company’s interests, the Company believes would be material to its business. On February 13, 2019, the SEC served certain of the Company’s executive officers and the custodian of records of the Company with subpoenas related to its investigation on the trading in the Company’s securities surrounding the announcement of the acquisition of IPS. The Company has cooperated with the Staff’s requests and as recently as October 24, 2019 provided the Staff with requested documents. On December 18, 2019, the Company received communication from the SEC and the Staff informed us that the investigation has concluded. The Company is anticipating a letter from the SEC formalizing the conclusion of the investigation.
