Loss on Extinguishment of Debt

For the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014, the Company recorded $35,154,000 and $164,000, respectively, as loss on extinguishment of debt. The loss on extinguishment of debt recorded for the three months ended March 31, 2015 primarily relates to the privately negotiated exchange transactions involving a portion of the Company’s 2016, 2018 and 2020 Senior Notes.
