Non-capitalizable demolition costs of $1,372,000, $8,200,000 and $0 for the year ended December 31, 2014, the 11 months ended December 31, 2013 and the year ended January 31, 2013, respectively, are included in write-offs of abandoned development projects and demolition costs.
