Ford Motor Company's Current Report on Form 8-K dated November 15, 2007 concerning the Memorandum of Understanding – Post-Retirement Medical Care entered into between Ford Motor Company and the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Workers of America ("UAW") and the new national collective bargaining agreement governing the wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment for UAW-represented employees, is incorporated by reference herein.
