ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On November 17, 2023, FMC Corporation issued a press release outlining the discussion at its Investor Day hosted at its corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA on November 16, 2023. The Company introduced its new strategic growth plan, reviewed three-year financial goals and longer-term financial aspirations through 2033, and provided preliminary outlook for 2024.
