The 2023 Amendment to Form 4 reported an administrative error in computing the number of shares withheld to pay withholding taxes on a previous Form 4 filed on May 15, 2023, but the Column 5 amount on the 2023 Amendment to Form 4 was computed without first adding back the incorrect number of shares (36,729) reported as withheld on the original Form 4. As a result, the 2023 Amendment to Form 4, as filed on May 24, 2023, and all subsequent Form 4s filed through August 1, 2025, understated the Column 5 amount by 36,729 shares.
