Other Events.

On October 28, 2020, CoreLogic, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) confirming, in light of recent market speculation, that the Company is engaging with third parties indicating interest based on public information in the potential acquisition of the Company at a value at or above $80 per share.
