Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Arnold A. Pinkston, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of CoreLogic, Inc. (the “Company”) has accepted another professional opportunity and will be leaving the Company effective June 14, 2019. Mr. Pinkston confirmed to the Company that his resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the Company.
