Transactions with Related Parties	17. Transactions with Related Parties During fiscal years 2025, 2024 and 2023, an engineering firm owned by Tavit Najarian, a relative of Ara K. Hovnanian, our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and Alexander Hovnanian, our President, provided services to the Company totaling $0.7 million, $1.3 million and $1.3 million, respectively. Neither the Company, nor Ara K. Hovnanian nor Alexander Hovnanian has a financial interest in the relative’s company from whom the services were provided.
