Minority Interest in Subsidiaries	At September 30, 2013, the Company owned 96% of Novalog’s common stock, 98% of MSI’s common stock, 81% of RedHawk’s common stock, and 95% of iNetWorks’ common stock. For the Fiscal 2013 and Fiscal 2012, Novalog, MSI, RedHawk, and iNetWorks did not have any operating activities.
