Note 11 - Commitments and Contingencies	The Company may from time to time become a party to various legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of its business. The Company does not presently know of any such matters, the disposition of which would be likely to have a material effect on the Company’s consolidated financial position, results of operations or liquidity.
