TRANSACTIONS WITH AFFILIATES	TRANSACTIONS WITH AFFILIATES The terms of the excess of loss reinsurance agreement between EMC Reinsurance Company and Employers Mutual have been revised beginning January 1, 2014. Effective January 1, 2014, the cost of the excess of loss coverage decreased from 9.0 percent of total assumed reinsurance premiums written to 8.0 percent of total assumed reinsurance premiums written (no changes to the amount of losses retained per event).
