On March 14, 2007, the Board of Directors of Employers Mutual Casualty Company, the parent company of the Registrant, approved the 2007 compensation arrangements for executive officers. This action was recommended by Employers Mutual’s Senior Executive Compensation and Stock Option Committee and had previously been approved by the Registrant’s Compensation Committee.

 

Following are the 2007 base salaries for the executive officers of the Registrant. The 2007 base salaries are retroactive to January 1, 2007.
