As of May 14, 2020, we suspended our stock repurchase program and the payment of quarterly cash dividends until further economic clarity. The dividend was reinstated on August 10, 2022. There were no dividends paid in fiscal year 2021. For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2022 the Company paid cash dividends as follows:
