Subsequent Events	21. Subsequent Events As of the date of this filing, we received forgiveness of the SBA loans from the SBA, which totaled around $2.2 million. This amount will be recognized in income in the first quarter of fiscal year 2021. See Note 12 for further details of the SBA loans.
