Dividends On December 27, 2018, the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share which was paid on January 22, 2019 to shareholders of record as of January 7, 2019, the record date. On February 12, 2019, the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share which was paid on March 14, 2019 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2019, the record date. On May 8, 2019, the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share which was paid on June 14, 2019 to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2019, the record date.
