Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions During the normal course of business, the company sold products to a company whose Board of Directors includes two members of CSP Inc.'s Board of Directors. The total sales for the fiscal year ended 2014 was $161,348 and the trade receivable as of September 30, 2014 was $29,260. There was no such transaction in the fiscal year ended September 30, 2014.
