LITIGATION	LITIGATION We are involved in several pending judicial proceedings concerning matters arising in the ordinary course of business. While the outcome of litigation is subject to uncertainties, based on information available at the time the financial statements were issued, we determined disclosure of contingencies relating to any of our pending judicial proceedings was not necessary because there is less than a reasonable possibility that a material loss will be incurred. During the first quarter of fiscal 2014, we received a settlement in the amount of $2.1 million related to an anti-trust class action lawsuit settlement. The settlement was recorded as proceeds from legal settlement within the Other Income section of our Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income (Loss).
