Richardson Announces Date of First Quarter Conference Call

LaFox, IL, Tuesday September 9, 2003: Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RELL) plans to release financial results for its first quarter fiscal 2004, or the three months ended August 30, 2003, after the close of the business on Tuesday, September 23, 2003.
