SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated events that occurred subsequent to December 31, 2023 and through the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. During February 2024, the Company signed an amendment to a property lease for its principal office in Melville, New York. The agreement extends the term of the lease until November 2033.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
