NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	FONAR CORPORATION AND SUBSIDIARIES NOTES TO CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS MARCH 31, 2016 and 2015 (Amounts and shares in thousands, except per share amounts) (UNAUDITED) NOTE 12- SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 2, 2016, the Company repaid the balance of the Class A Stockholders capital contribution in the amount of $1,125. As a result, the Company’s subsidiary, HMCA, owns a 100% interest in Imperial Management Services.
