NOTE 9 - CONTROLLING AND NONCONTROLLING	NOTE 9 – CONTROLLING AND NONCONTROLLING INTERESTS On January 8, 2015, the Company purchased 20% of the Class A members ownership interest in Health Diagnostic Management LLC for a cost of $4,971. The Company has a 60.4% ownership interest in Health Diagnostic Management LLC after this transaction.
