NOTE 19 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	FONAR CORPORATION AND SUBSIDIARIES NOTES TO CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS JUNE 30, 2013 and 2012 NOTE 19 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluates events that have occurred after the balance sheet date, but before the consolidated financial statements are issued. During the period from July 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013, the Company has issued 15,000 shares of common stock for costs and expenses of $109,950 and 3,443 shares of common stock to employees and consultants as compensation valued at $19,315 under a stock bonus plan. On August 1, 2013, the Company opened a new diagnostic center in Nassau County, NY.
