NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 1, 2012, the Company repaid a portion of the Class A Stockholders capital contribution in the amount of $1.2 million. The Company’s subsidiary, HMCA, now owns an 80% interest in Imperial Management Services.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
