NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During the period from October 1, 2011 through October 31, 2011, the Company issued 45,200 shares of common stock for costs and expenses of $76,840 under the 2010 Stock Bonus Plan.
