Subsequent Events [Text Block]	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 9, 2012, the Company announced the appointment to the board of directors of Mikhail Afendikov, Robert L.M. Hilliard, MD, Misbah Al Droubi, and Cliff M. West, Jr., each to serve until the next meeting of the shareholders of the Company.
