DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS UK Barcrest Group As part of our strategic realignment of core objectives, we sold our UK Barcrest Group in September 2011 for approximately $47.0 million, which remains subject to contingent consideration related to certain customer arrangements and potential indemnification obligations. The quarter ended March 31, 2012 included loss on the sale of $0.8 million (or $0.5 million after-tax) and a loss of $2.4 million (or $1.5 million after-tax) for the six months ended March 31, 2012. Additional gain or loss on the sale may be recorded as the outstanding items are resolved over the next three years.
