Acquisitions	AcquisitionsOn May 15, 2025, Mountain Air Cargo, Inc. (“MAC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air T, Inc., completed the acquisition of Royal Aircraft Services, LLC, a privately-held aircraft maintenance and repair company based in Hagerstown, Maryland for a purchase price of $1.2 million, net of cash acquired. The assets and liabilities of Royal were recorded at their estimated fair values at the date of acquisition and were not material, individually or in the aggregate, to the unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statement. The acquired business is included in Overnight Air Cargo segment.
