Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	16. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Company is currently involved in certain employment related matters, which involve pending or threatened lawsuits. Those claims are subject to defense under the Company's liability insurance program and management believes that the results of these threatened or pending lawsuits will not have a material adverse effect on the Company's results of operations or financial position.
