[1] During the third quarter of 2013, the Company recorded $59.8 million in customer relationships to be amortized over a weighted average life of 15 years and $0.4 million in non-compete agreements to be amortized over a weighted average life of 5 years related to the acquisition of Brinderson, as discussion in Note 1 of this report.

[2] During the second quarter of 2013, the Company approved a plan of liquidation with respect to BWW and, in connection therewith, recorded a write-down of the $2.5 million of intangible assets associated with BWW, which operation now is reported as discontinued. Consequently, the intangible assets and accumulated amortization associated with BWW are no longer included in this table. Additionally, all prior year balances have been retrospectively adjusted.
