The Company issued an earnings release on February 22, 2007, to announce its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. A copy of the February 22, 2007 earnings release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. On February 23, 2007 the Company held a conference call in connection with its February 22, 2007 earnings release. A transcript of the conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
