Amendment Description	Restatement of September 30, 2017 10Q to reflect the proper recording of a i) price concession in the amount of $0.8 million, ii) an additional allowance for doubtful accounts in the amount of $1.7 million, and iii) professional service fees in the amount of $0.1 million. The individual financial statement line items that were restated included a $2.5 million reduction of the Company’s accounts receivables, an increase of $0.1 million to accrued expenses and a corresponding increase of $2.6 million to the operating loss, which is reflected in the restated stockholders’ equity as of September 30, 2017.
