1. Organization and Business

IGI Laboratories, Inc. is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 1977. The Company’s office, laboratories and manufacturing facilities are located at 105 Lincoln Avenue, Buena, New Jersey. The Company is a specialty generic pharmaceutical company. The Company’s mission is to become a leader in the specialty generic pharmaceutical market. Under its own label, the Company currently sells generic topical pharmaceutical products that are bioequivalent to their brand name counterparts. The Company also provides development, formulation and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical, over-the-counter, or (“OTC”) and cosmetic markets.
