Lease Commitments The Company’s commitments and contingencies consisted of operating leases for equipment of $13,200 for 2012, $11,200 for 2013 and $9,400 for 2014. Rent expense was $66,900 and $68,700 for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively.

The entire disclosure for lessee entity's leasing arrangements including, but not limited to, all of the following: (a.) The basis on which contingent rental payments are determined, (b.) The existence and terms of renewal or purchase options and escalation clauses, (c.)
