NOTE 4 - PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT:

The Land owned by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary constitutes the largest asset of the Company. During the period ending September 30, 2025 the Company recorded an decrease in the carrying value of the Land of $(108), due to the currency translation difference. The carrying value of the Land of the Company was as follows:
