NOTE 4 – PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT:

The Land owned by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary constitutes the largest asset of the Company. During the period ending June 30, 2025 the Company recorded a decrease in the carrying value of the Land of $55,013, due to the currency translation difference. The carrying value of the Land of the Company was as follows:
