NOTE 4 - PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT:

The Land owned by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary constitutes the largest asset of the Company. During the period ending September 30, 2021 the Company recorded a decrease in the carrying value of the Land of $16,227, due to the currency translation difference. The carrying value of the Land of the Company was as follows:
