NOTE 4. LAND AND BUILDINGS

The Land owned by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary constitutes the largest asset of the Company. During the 3 month period ending September 30, 2017 the Company recorded an increase in the carrying value of the Land of $21,276 due to the currency translation difference. The carrying value of the Land of the Company was as follows:
