4. LAND AND BUILDINGS

The Land owned by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary constitutes the largest asset of the Company. During the period ending June 30, 2016 the Company recorded a decrease in the carrying value of the Land of $10,168 due to the currency translation difference. The carrying value of the Land of the Company was as follows:
