Dividends	(10) Dividends We declared and paid dividends of $17.3 million, or $.20 per share, during the first quarter of 2020. As part of our various COVID-19 initiatives, we have suspended declaration and payments of quarterly dividends. We declared and paid dividends of $17.6 million, or $.20 per share, during the third quarter of 2019 and declared and paid dividends of $35.6 million during the nine-month period ended September 30, 2019.
