Capital Structure	Capital Structure Debt outstanding All of the Company’s outstanding debt as of December 31, 2016 and 2015 relates to intercompany obligations. These obligations reflect notes due to related parties and are discussed in Note 5. The Company paid $15 million, $16 million and $16 million of interest on debt in 2016, 2015 and 2014, respectively. The Company had $56 million and $44 million of investment-related debt that is reported in other liabilities and accrued expenses as of December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively. This includes a commitment to fund a limited partnership of $22 million and debt related to other investments of $34 million as of December 31, 2016 and a commitment to fund a limited partnership of $44 million as of December 31, 2015. The Company has an outstanding line of credit to fund the limited partnership.
