Income Taxes	7. Income Taxes Income tax expense for the six months ended June 30, 2013, was $3.6 million, or 33.8% of pre-tax income. In the first six months of 2012, we recorded income tax expense of $7.7 million, or 59.9% of pre-tax income. The decrease in the effective tax rate was primarily due to the ratio of pre-tax losses in jurisdictions for which no tax benefit is recognized relative to pre-tax book income or loss.
