The merger between Ferro Corporation and PMHC Fortune Merger Sub, Inc., an indirect wholly subsidiary of PMHC II Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Prince International Corporation became effective on April 21, 2022. Each share of Ferro Corporation Common Stock was exchanged for USD 22.00 in cash, without interest and less any applicable withholding taxes.
The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on April 22, 2022.
