SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	In preparing the financial statements, the Company has reviewed all known events which have occurred after December 31, 2020 through March 26, 2021, the date on which the financial statements are available for issuance, for potential recognition or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements and footnotes. There were no subsequent events which would require additional disclosures to the financial statements other than those already disclosed throughout the Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
