The Company currently holds a 21.18% investment in the PLC. Included in rental income on the income statement is $137,000 and $279,000 from the PLC, for the six months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively. Additionally, included in receivables on the balance sheet are net amounts from the PLC which represent pass-through rent amounts. The balances are $42,000 and $42,000 at September 30, 2011 and 2010 respectively.
