The Company currently holds a 21.18% investment in the PLC. Included in rental income on the income statement is approximately $72,000 and $137,000 from the PLC, for the three months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively. Additionally, included in receivables on the balance sheet are net amounts from the PLC which represents pass-through rent amounts. The balances are approximately $36,000 and $42,000 at June 30, 2011 and 2010 respectively.
