DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

On August 14, 2017, SunOpta Inc. (the “Company”) terminated the employment of Mr. Edward Haft, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Healthy Fruit. The termination was effective as of August 14, 2017.
